A squad is a shared intent

Five agents, one leader, one objective. The highest leadership gene sets the intent; every follower receives it as ctx.order, and teamwork decides how hard it pulls. A grunt with high curiosity will still peel off — and that is the point.

Squad

The leader is the living agent with the highest leadership gene. The order is a bias, not a leash: a follower with low teamwork gets an order strength near 0.35 and can ignore it.

Mean of the living squad. The leader is an elite; the rest are a seeded mix.

What to watch

The elite calls advance or capture. The grunts follow because their teamwork is high. The berserker has low teamwork and will chase a contact instead of holding the objective. The scout has high curiosity and will wander toward the edge. That disagreement is the squad's adaptability.
